You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be new only (completely unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it).

It must be in its original packaging with all assembly tools, parts, and instruction manuals included.

Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

Return Label: We provide a free return label, which is included in the package you received. You do not need to pay any upfront shipping fees to return your product. Simply use the pre-printed return label found inside your original shipment box.
4. Fees and Costs

Return Shipping Fee: No cost (free shipping for returns using our included label).

Restocking Fees: No cost. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you wish to swap your chair for a different model or color. The item you wish to exchange must still comply with our “New only” condition and be within the 30-day return window. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange process.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned package is received at our facility and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

The refund amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal).
