1. Shipping Destination

Currently, we only ship to destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

  • Any orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Handling & Transit Time

Our total delivery time is split into handling time and transit time as follows:

  • Handling Time (Processing Time): 1 – 3 business days, processed Monday through Friday.

  • Transit Time (Shipping Time): 5 – 8 business days, shipped Monday through Friday.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 11 business days.

Note: Shipments and deliveries do not typically occur on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate or free shipping models depending on promotional campaigns. The exact shipping charge for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s transit status directly on the carrier’s official website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
